Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling the daily use of the Credit Systems, knowledge of Audit Works and cash office, assisting customers and associates about questions on their accounts.

Position is 5 days per week including nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Duties
Learn and operate credit systems, POS systems, sales audit systems, and have working knowledge of the cash office and bank deposit process

Processes payments, refunds, and assists customers and employees with account questions

Handle all mail order returns

Performs additional tasks as required
